add NVMe drive info [model num, serial num, drive temp. etc.] (#10613)

* add NVMe drive info [model num, serial num, drive temp. etc.]
* Ignore fuse partitions
* Add the nvme logic only for linux
* Move smart/nvme structs to a separate file
