mvebu: initial support for Marvell Armada 7k and 8k DB boards
Add initial support for cortex-a72 based Armada DB-88F8040-Modular and DB-88F7040-Modular development boards. Add initial support for Marvell MACCHIATObin, cortex-a72 based Marvell ARMADA 8040 Community board. Comes in two forms: Single Shot and Double Shot.
