Add support for kernel 4.9 based on the more upstream comformant
partition defintions. Increases compressed kernel size by ~95k
compared to 4.4.

Probe the switch through DT instead of a platform device. This fixes
probe, as GPIO offsets are now properly accounted for.
Fixes the following issue:

We register all gpio buttons and leds through DT, so no need to keep
fixes/additions for the platform data based bay.

Rework fallback sprom support by providing different sproms for
different chips. Also make it optional to use.
This likely causes sprom fallback support to break on a few boards.
