This changes board info to match the Wiki http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/huawei/hg556a, removes the no longer needed fallback board and fixes HG556 Ralink eeprom extraction. Jonas Gorski	52b0935efe	brcm63xx: use dtb board detection for HW556 ... This requires individual images for each board version for now.
