AR7 watchdog supports magic close

This patch adds the magic close flag (stopping the watchdog on an expected close
by wrting 'V' to the device before closing it) to the watchdogs list, which the
AR7 watchdog code actually supports.

strip the kernel version suffix from target directories, except for brcm-2.4 (the -2.4 will be included in the board name here). CONFIG_LINUX_<ver>_<board> becomes CONFIG_TARGET_<board>, same for profiles.
