toolchain: fix gcc 4.6 build with gcc5

build error:
cfns.gperf:101:1: error: 'gnu_inline' attribute present on 'libc_name_p'
cfns.gperf:26:14: error: but not here
observed on Arch Linux

affected versions gcc 4.6, gcc 4.7

reported & fixed in DragonFlyBSD issue #136
https://github.com/DragonFlyBSD/DPorts/issues/136
