pkg-config: fix prefix

Now:

% PATH=./staging_dir/host/bin:$PATH STAGING_PREFIX=/test PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$(echo staging_dir/target-*/usr/lib/pkgconfig) ./staging_dir/host/bin/pkg-config --cflags lua -I/test//include

After applying the patch:

% PATH=./staging_dir/host/bin:$PATH STAGING_PREFIX=/test PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$(echo staging_dir/target-*/usr/lib/pkgconfig) ./staging_dir/host/bin/pkg-config --cflags lua -I/test/include

I guess that there sould not be '//' but only one '/'.
