kernel: video.mk: [media] sn9c102: remove deprecated driver

driver in staging since 3.14
removed upstream in 3.17

from upstream commit message:
Most webcams covered by this driver are now supported by gspca.
Nobody has the hardware or is willing to convert the remaining devices to gspca.
