In Mastodon's case, the URL and URI are different, and Mastodon does not have an index on URL, which means searching a private toot by URL is done with a slow query that will only succeed for very recent toots. PR #11200 partially fixed this, but at the unintended cost of disabling the swipe animation altogether. This PR changes the logic behind `shouldAnimate` to only disable the swiping animation at the end of a column change not initiated by `ReactSwipeableViews`.
